Custom Shirt Placement, Sizing, Artwork & Quality FAQ
We want your custom apparel to look amazing and last for years. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our professional print placement standards, artwork requirements, garment care, and ordering policies.
Design & Placement Standards
Q: Where will my design be printed, and what size will it be?
A: Every garment is measured and aligned using professional DTF industry standards. Final sizing may be adjusted slightly based on garment size and artwork proportions.
Large Front Print
Placement: Centered on the chest. Position: Approximately 2.5–3 inches below the collar seam. Recommended Size: 11–12" W × 11–14" H
Left Chest (Pocket Print)
Placement: Upper left chest. Position: Approximately 3–4 inches below the shoulder seam and aligned with the collar. Recommended Size: 3.5–4" W × 3.5–4" H
Full Back Print
Placement: Centered on the back. Position: Approximately 4–5 inches below the rear collar seam. Recommended Size: 11–13" W × 12–15" H
Left / Right Sleeve Print
Placement: Centered on the outside of either sleeve. Position: Approximately 2–3 inches below the shoulder seam. Recommended Size: 3–4" W × 3–4" H
Note: Placement may vary slightly depending on garment size, style, and artwork dimensions.

Q: Will my shirt look exactly like the digital proof?
A: Your finished garment will closely match the approved proof; however, slight differences are normal with custom printing.
————————
Color Accuracy
Colors may appear slightly different on fabric than on digital screens due to differences in monitor calibration and ink absorption.
————————
Placement Tolerance
Because every garment is individually aligned and heat pressed, print placement may vary by up to ½ inch.
————————
Fabric Compatibility
Our DTF prints perform best on 100% cotton and high-cotton blends. Print appearance and feel may vary on polyester or specialty fabrics.

Washing & Care Instructions
Q: How do I keep my print looking new?
For maximum print life:
✔ Turn the garment inside out before washing.
✔ Machine wash cold using a gentle cycle.
✔ Use mild detergent.
✔ Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
✔ Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for the best long-term durability.

Q: Can I iron my shirt?
Yes, but never iron directly on the printed design.
To safely remove wrinkles:
Turn the garment inside out. Use a low heat setting. Iron only on the back side of the fabric.
Never place a hot iron directly on a DTF print.
